CKANcon 2015 YOWser
2:00pm - 06/03/2015
The Comprehensive Knowledge Archive Network (CKAN) con-ference 2015 was hosted by a cast of many. I want to mention in no particular order the following people: Ashely Casovan, Ian Ward, Steven De Costa, David Read, Phil Ashlock, Adria Mercader, Alex Corbi, Joel Natividad, and Dan Mihaila. It was a pre-conference to the Third International Open Data Conference. This was one of those rare events where you think there will be a few eclectic attendees with minimal impact but high likelihood of information relevance; however, there were many attendees both F2F and virtual with the afternoon NO CONFERENCE being as insightful as the morning structured Google Hangout sessions. While worth the night at a residence of uottawa. The information sharing was very impactful and I am sure to lead to more involvement by all. For all things, let a thing be open. Open by default, secure by design.
